BIO:

Like most teens, Kristy couldn’t wait to leave home and make her way in the world. Hannibal was the last place she wanted to live…. Yet, as she looks back over the past 34 years, life in her hometown has been very good

“Hannibal has been a wonderful place to establish my career, raise my daughter, and develop my interests.”

Real estate comes naturally to Kristy.  “I’m a people person and can relate to the needs of Buyers and Sellers of all ages.”  But most of all Kristy is passionate about her community.

“Selling my community is just as important as selling the property,” says Kristy.  Being active and involved in making Hannibal better continues to be a responsibility Kristy takes seriously. 

Since returning to Hannibal in 1977 from her college days (graduated Magna cum Laude from University of Missouri-Columbia with a BA in Elementary Education). Kristy has been a volunteer on numerous boards. Her six years on the City Council (1993-1999) provided in-depth knowledge on where to go and who to ask for those technical questions real estate transactions often require.
